DESCRIPTION:Theatre Projects Manitoba invites you to join us for an evening of live art and music!\nWhen: February 24\, 2025 @ 8:00pm (doors at 7:30pm). \nWhere: Room 201 at The Forks\, 1 Forks Market Rd. \nThe Myths That Shape Us is an evening of live art creation and music collaboration inspired by our upcoming production\, Prophecy by Jessy Ardern. \nIn collaboration with sound designer Natanielle Felicitas and local Indigenous artist Jackie Traverse\, this event will invite guests to collectively create a painting in tandem with each other and the artists. \n  \nThrough a non-verbal conversation about culture\, worldviews\, and how our ideals leave an impact on the world\, the event will remind audiences that there are other ways to be human. The finished pieces will then hang in the lobby throughout Prophecy’s run as a land acknowledgment that continues the conversation about the myths that shape us … \nThe evening will also include complimentary snacks and non- alcoholic refreshments from vendors at The Forks Market.   \n  \nWith support from \n \n  \nTickets are $15 and can be purchased at the door; advance tickets are on sale below!
