Covid Tour Guidelines

INDOORS

From the MB Public Health Act September 2:

  • ORDER 9: An indoor facility where performing arts events are held or where movies are screened must not hold such events or screenings unless the operator of the facility restricts admission of members of the public to the facility to the following:

    • (a) persons who produce proof that they are fully immunized;

    • (b) persons who produce proof from the Government of Manitoba that there is a medical reason for the person not to receive a vaccine for COVID-19;

    • (c) persons under 12 years of age.

  • TPM will ensure that any members of the public participating in an indoor program will be a member of one of the above groups

  • TPM will require every indoor audience member to complete a COVID contact tracing form. The form will require participants to agree that:

    • They have not travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days

    • Are not currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19

    • Have not knowingly been in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 or who are awaiting test results

  • TPM staff and artists will use online screen tools for the duration of their engagement to ensure they or members of their households are not experiencing symptoms before arriving onsite. We use the MB Health Screening Tool: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/screening-tool/

OUTDOOR

  • TPM will require all participants in an outdoor event to maintain a 2 metre distance from all performers and members of the public who are not from their household.

  • Masks are encouraged but not required while participating outdoors

TPM staff and artists will use online screen tools for the duration of their engagement to ensure they or members of their households are not experiencing symptoms before arriving onsite. We use the MB Health Screening Tool: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/screening-tool/
